A Moment - Wakati is a dance duet performance and film projection by Tadhi Alawi and Samwel Japhet that explores how moments and unexpected events shape and transform individuals’ attitudes, thoughts, experiences, and lives. The work reflects on how unexpected life events build courage, patience, attentiveness, and understanding, shaping how we navigate both challenges and moments of joy. Through the interplay of imagery, dance, and music, Wakati shows how shared experiences can become sources of support, care, and comfort in everyday life.
