HYGIENE CONCEPT FOR THE PERFORMANCE VISIT
Information on access requirements and infection control measures
ACCESS REQUIREMENT: 2G-PLUS
2G-Plus Rule:
Only vaccinated and recovered persons WITH AN ADDITIONAL CERTIFIED; NEGATIVE TEST (rapid antigen test no more than 24 hours old) will have access to Mainfranken Theatre events and venues. An exception is made for persons who are considered "boostered" (See section "2G booster rules").

An overview of the test stations in the city of Würzburg can be found here, in the district of Würzburg here.
Self-tests cannot be accepted, nor is it possible to self-test on site.
NEW: 2G-BOOSTER RULES
Vaccinated-vaccinated-vaccinated
Persons who have already received the 3rd vaccination (so-called "booster vaccination") no longer need to present a negative test. This applies immediately after receiving the 3rd vaccination.

Vaccinated-boostered
In Bavaria (as of 12.1.22), persons who have recovered from a Corona infection after being vaccinated twice are also considered "boostered". They are treated the same as boostered persons and therefore do not have to show a negative test.

Recovered-vaccinated-vaccinated
Unvaccinated recovered persons still need one vaccination dose for the "basic immunisation" - at least three months after the disease. After a further three months at the earliest, they can receive a second injection as a booster vaccination. They are then also immediately considered boostered in Bavaria.

Vaccinated with Johnson & Johnson
People who have initially received a vaccination with the Johnson & Johnson vaccine need two more shots with an mRNA vaccine (Biontech or Moderna) to be considered boosted.

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot grant you access to our events without valid certificates / proofs and proof of identity on site.
Please have the relevant certificates / proofs and your identity card ready to show at the entrance.
The following applies to children and youths:
Younger than 14 years:
They are equal in status to recovered persons and vaccinated persons. On presentation of their school ID (or proof of age that they are not yet in school), they do not need proof of vaccination or recovery, nor a certified rapid test, as the legislator assumes that children are regularly tested under supervision at school (or KiTa).

Older than 14 years:
They need a 2G certificate (vaccinated or recovered), but do not need a certified rapid test if they present their school ID card, as the legislator assumes that children and young people are regularly tested under supervision at school.

Adolescents who are no longer in school, like adults, require proof of complete vaccination or recovery and also a negative certified rapid test (maximum 24 hours old) or a negative PCR test (maximum 48 hours old).

MASK REQUIREMENT & DISTANCE
The Mainfranken Theater Würzburg venues are currently filled to 25 percent of maximum capacity.

During performances, everyone over the age of 16 is required to wear an FFP2 mask.

Children under the age of 6 are not required to wear masks. Children and young people between the ages of 6 and 16 must wear an OP or FFP2 mask at all times.

REGISTRATION OF YOUR CONTACT DATA WHEN PURCHASING TICKETS & LUCA APP
In order to track any infection chains, the name and contact details of the ticket purchaser are recorded when tickets are booked. This person is obliged to provide information about the visitors in the event of an infection.

The collection and processing of this data is carried out in accordance with Art. 5 DSGVO and in compliance with all data protection principles. This data will be deleted four weeks after the event. Further information on data protection can also be found here.

LUCA-APP

To further improve contact tracking, we also use the Luca app.
