CORONA ETIQUETTE

DEAR VISITORS

We have missed you, and we look forward to welcoming you again soon personally to an event of the Mainfranken Theater.

In order to provide us all with a carefree theater or concert experience, we implement extensive precautionary measures in accordance with the currently valid hygiene and contact regulations and would like to ask for your support in this endeavor.

On this page you will find all the important information, and of course we will also inform you directly on site before a performance - personally and with helpful hints.

1,5 METER DISTANCE
All visitors are obliged to maintain the currently valid minimum distance of 1.5 meters between persons. This applies outdoors and in all rooms and venues of the Mainfranken Theater, including the sanitary facilities, and especially when entering and leaving the buildings and spectator areas.

On all seats we grant the minimum distance of 1.5 meters by blocked rows and seats. In the Theaterfabrik Blaue Halle you can book specifically chosen single and double seats. In the concert hall of the Würzburg University of Music you can book single or double seats in the respective price category, in the Council Chambers single seats are offered. You will be assigned to your place on site and there is no entitlement to specific seats. We will support you personally and with signs on site to mark the distances and routing.

MOUTH-NOSE-COVER
It is mandatory to wear a mouth-nose-cover in the entire theater building and in the auditorium for the protection of everyone.

As soon as you have taken your seat and as long as you are sitting, you may remove the mouth-nose-cover.
Please feel free to bring your own mouth-nose-cover. We also have disposable masks available for you in case you forget to bring your mouth-nose cover.

Persons who can credibly demonstrate that it is not possible or unreasonable for them to wear a mouth-nose-cover because of a disability or for health reasons are exempt from the obligation to wear it.

Please note unfortunately it is not possible to redeem exchange vouchers in the webshop for technical reasons.
